# Vight: full reference > Vight is AI for managed service providers (MSPs). It writes every support call and work session into the ticket as notes and time entries, triages new tickets, answers after hours calls, and lets technicians search their call and ticket history from the Vight app, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. This is the long version of https://vight.ai/llms.txt for assistants and agents that want every detail in one file. Website: https://vight.ai. App: https://app.vight.ai. ## Who it is for MSPs that run a professional services automation (PSA) tool such as ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, HaloPSA or Syncro, and a business phone system. Vight works inside the tools the MSP already uses; technicians take calls and work tickets the way they do today. Public customer example: RDE Technologies uses Vight across its service desk to turn service calls into ticket notes, time entries and coaching data (press release, September 2026). ## Call documentation - Vight pulls each recorded call from the phone system, transcribes it with speaker identification, and matches it to the right client and ticket. - It writes an IT support summary: the issue, the troubleshooting steps taken, and the resolution. - It posts the summary to the ticket as a note and logs a time entry for the time worked. - In ConnectWise, recordings play inside the ticket pod, next to the calls linked to that ticket. ## Call agents Optional agents that run on call transcripts and deliver results to the ticket, Microsoft Teams, Slack or email: - Sentiment: scores customer sentiment from 1 to 5 and alerts on negative calls. - Critical alert: detects outages and urgent situations and alerts your escalation channel. - Sales opportunity: spots upsell and expansion signals for account managers. - Call coaching: scores how a technician handled a support call, with coaching tips. - Call clarity: scores call audio and whether the client could follow the technician. - Meeting notes: action items, decisions and next steps from internal calls and client meetings. - After hours escalation: summarizes after hours calls and escalates urgent ones to the on-call technician. - Voice actions: a technician can say a command on a call, such as creating a ticket or sending a Teams message. ## Ticket agents Agents that run on ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA and Syncro tickets: - Title rewrite: turns vague titles into ones with the requester's name and the urgency. - Categorization: sets the type, subtype and item. - Deduplication: merges duplicate tickets from the same client and leaves an internal note on the duplicate. - Sentiment: flags frustration in ticket notes. - P1 alert: spots an active P1 incident from the title and customer notes and alerts once. ## Ticket triage Vight matches each new ticket to a scenario the MSP configures, emails the requester for the details they left out, posts an internal note with what is answered and what to still confirm, and moves the ticket to a ready to work status the MSP chooses. Works with ConnectWise and HaloPSA. Details: https://vight.ai/triage ## AI voice agent Answers inbound calls on a Vight phone number, during business hours as a front desk or after hours. It asks follow up questions, captures the caller's details, opens a ticket with full context, and adds a caller's update to their open ticket when they confirm the call is about it. ## Ask Vight AI chat over the MSP's calls, tickets, clients and documentation (IT Glue, Hudu, SharePoint). Every answer cites its source ticket, call or document. Available in the Vight app, inside the ConnectWise, HaloPSA and Autotask ticket pods, and in Microsoft Teams and Slack. ## MCP connector (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) - Lets an AI assistant search the MSP's calls and PSA tickets over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). - Listed in Claude's connector directory: https://claude.ai/directory/vight - Endpoint for other MCP clients: https://app.vight.ai/api/mcp (OAuth sign in, no API key). - Two tools, both read only: search (calls and tickets, filtered by keyword, client, date range and open or closed status) and fetch (one call with a page of its transcript, or one ticket with its notes and time entries). - Returns only what the person can already see in Vight; tickets require the Tickets permission. - An MCP search permission on each account type decides who can connect. Only admins have it by default. - Vight hands call text to the assistant marked as source data, not as instructions to follow. - Product page: https://vight.ai/integrations/ai-assistants. Reference: https://vight.ai/mcp ## Beta features - Work notes: a Windows desktop agent captures the foreground window while a technician works a ticket and turns each work session into a step by step work note and time entry. ConnectWise and HaloPSA. Password managers are ignored by default and admins can exclude whole displays. - Ticket briefs: a brief at the top of the ticket with the ask, possible duplicates, the requester and their devices, past fixes with documented resolutions, client notes and first checks. - Team memory: client notes and runbooks distilled from resolved tickets, used by Ask Vight and ticket briefs. - Agent resolution: password and multifactor authentication resets planned by an agent, approved by a technician, and carried out in Microsoft Entra. - Remote monitoring and management (RMM): device health from ConnectWise Automate and ConnectWise RMM for ticket briefs. ## Other features - End user verification: before a sensitive change, a technician verifies the caller with a Microsoft Authenticator push, a text message code or an email code sent to the contact point in the directory record. A denied check flags the ticket. - Meeting notetaker: joins scheduled online meetings and writes notes. - Delivery destinations: any agent result can go to Microsoft Teams channels or chats, Slack, ticket notes or email. ## Integrations - PSA: ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, HaloPSA, Syncro. - Phone systems: 3CX, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Dialpad, GoTo Connect, Intermedia, VitalPBX, SkySwitch and other NetSapiens platforms, Cytracom. - RMM (beta): ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise RMM. - Documentation: IT Glue, Hudu, SharePoint. - Messaging: Microsoft Teams, Slack, email. - AI assistants over MCP: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot. No. Vight integrates directly with your existing PSA to post call notes and time entries, sync tickets and clients, and run ticket AI apps. Is it complicated to implement? No. It connects to your existing phone system and PSA. Most teams are up and running within a day. Do technicians need to change how they work? No. They take calls as usual, and Vight handles documentation in the background. What happens if I use all my credits? Vight keeps processing through a small courtesy buffer. To keep going after that, turn on automatic refills or upgrade your plan. Otherwise processing pauses until your plan renews. What counts as a ticket? Any PSA ticket that Vight processes with an AI agent, like title rewrites, deduplication, categorization or summaries. You choose which boards and agents run. ## Pages - Home: https://vight.ai/ - Pricing: https://vight.ai/pricing - ConnectWise integration: https://vight.ai/integrations/connectwise - Slack integration: https://vight.ai/integrations/slack - AI assistants (MCP): https://vight.ai/integrations/ai-assistants - MCP connector reference: https://vight.ai/mcp - Ticket triage: https://vight.ai/triage - Autotask setup guide: https://vight.ai/autotask - Zoom Phone setup guide: https://vight.ai/zoom - About: https://vight.ai/about - Book a demo: https://vight.ai/demo - Free trial (book a setup call): https://vight.ai/trial - Contact: https://vight.ai/contact - Privacy Policy: https://vight.ai/privacy - Terms of Service: https://vight.ai/terms
